Description
A 26-inch, 3-light bath vanity light with an industrial black antique brass finish and clear glass shades, designed for bathrooms and powder rooms.
The Berkshire Glass collection combines industrial styling with vintage-inspired details. The black antique brass finish on steel and cast brass is complemented by clear cone-shaped glass shades that showcase ST64 vintage bulbs (not included). This fixture is damp-rated for bathroom use and offers a transitional look that suits many décor styles.

How bright is it?
Brightness depends on the bulbs you choose. With three medium-base sockets, you can install up to 60W each (or LED equivalent). Using 60W incandescent bulbs, total output is approximately 2400 lumens—bright enough for a primary bathroom light. LED bulbs can provide similar brightness at lower wattage.
Light color and feel
Choose your own bulbs to set the color temperature. For a warm, inviting glow, use 2700K-3000K bulbs. For a cooler, more energizing light, choose 3500K-4000K. The clear glass shades provide minimal diffusion, so the bulb shape and color are visible.
Sizing and fit
Overall dimensions: 26 inches wide, 12.25 inches high, with an 8.5-inch extension from the wall. Backplate is 6.25 x 4.5 inches. Mounting center to top is 2.25 inches. Works well above a 36-48 inch vanity.

Is it dimmable, and what dimmer should I use? Dimmability depends on the bulbs you choose. Use dimmable bulbs and a compatible dimmer switch.
Can I install this in a bathroom or outdoors? Yes, it is UL and ETL listed for damp locations, suitable for bathrooms. Not for wet or outdoor locations.

What is the difference between black antique brass and matte black? The black antique brass finish has a slightly aged, brass undertone, while the backplate is matte black. The combination adds vintage character.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
