Description
A 16-inch single-light pendant from the Berkshire Glass collection, finished in polished chrome with a seedy glass shade - ideal for kitchen islands and dining areas where damp-rated fixtures are needed.
The Berkshire Glass pendant combines industrial-inspired design with versatile customization. Its polished chrome finish and seedy glass shade evoke a vintage aesthetic, while the included LED bulb provides warm 2700K light. The fixture is sloped-ceiling adaptable and damp-rated, making it suitable for covered outdoor spaces as well.

How bright is it?
600 lumens - about as bright as a 40W incandescent bulb. This is ideal for accent or task lighting over a kitchen island or dining table, but not sufficient as a sole light source for a large room.
Light color and feel
2700K warm white - a soft, golden tone similar to traditional incandescent bulbs. Flatters skin tones and warm wood/brass interiors. CRI of 82 is standard for general lighting.
Sizing and fit
The pendant measures 16 inches in diameter and 16.5 inches in height, with an adjustable hanging length from 25.5 to 49.5 inches via 10 feet of wire. The canopy is 4.75 inches in diameter. Works best with 8-10 ft ceilings; sloped ceilings are compatible.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
