Description
A 16-inch single-light pendant with an oil rubbed bronze finish and seedy glass shade, ideal for kitchen islands and dining areas in damp-rated locations.
The Innovations Berkshire Glass pendant brings industrial charm with a modern twist. The oil rubbed bronze finish on steel and cast brass complements the seedy glass shade, which diffuses light softly. Part of the Berkshire Glass Collection, this fixture is damp-rated for use in covered patios or bathrooms. The Edison-inspired design allows customization with various glass or metal shades from the Franklin and Ballston collections.

How bright is it?
Brightness depends on the bulb used (not included). With a recommended 60W equivalent ST64 vintage bulb, expect about 800 lumens - similar to a standard 60W incandescent, suitable for ambient or accent lighting over a table or island. For more light, use a higher wattage bulb up to 100W equivalent.
Light color and feel
The seedy glass shade creates a warm, diffused glow with visible texture. Bulb color temperature is your choice: 2700K warm white for a cozy vintage feel, or 3000K for a slightly crisper white. The fixture is dimmable when used with a compatible dimmer and dimmable bulbs.
Sizing and fit
The pendant measures 16 inches in diameter and 16.5 inches in height. It hangs from a 10-foot wire, adjustable from 25.5 to 49.5 inches overall height. The canopy is 4.75 inches in diameter and 1 inch high. Suitable for sloped ceilings. Weight: 2.6 lbs.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
