Description
A 16-inch, 1-light pendant from the Berkshire Glass collection, finished in matte black with a matte white cased glass shade, ideal for kitchen islands and dining rooms.
The Berkshire Glass pendant combines industrial-inspired design with modern versatility. The matte black finish on steel and cast brass complements the matte white cased glass shade, creating a clean, transitional look. This fixture is sloped ceiling adaptable and comes with a 10-foot wire for flexible installation.
Best for
- Kitchen islands 4-6 ft long, hung in a row of two or three for task lighting
- Dining rooms with tables 36-48 in wide, centered above the table
- Open-concept living areas where a single pendant adds focused accent light
- Entryways and foyers with 8-10 ft ceilings, hung at a height that clears sightlines
Not ideal for
- Bathrooms with direct shower exposure - this fixture is damp-rated, not wet-rated
- Spaces with ceilings under 8 ft if you need the full 49.5 in hanging length
- Rooms requiring bright primary light - 600 lumens is best for accent or ambient use
How bright is it?
600 lumens - about as bright as a 40W incandescent bulb, ideal for accent or ambient light over a kitchen island or dining table. Not sufficient as a primary room light for larger spaces.
Light color and feel
2700K warm white - a soft, golden tone similar to traditional incandescent. Flatters skin tones and warm wood/brass interiors. CRI 82 is standard for general use.
Sizing and fit
The pendant measures 16 in wide by 16 in deep, with a height range of 25.5 to 49.5 in (adjustable via stem). The shade is 16 in wide by 14 in high. Canopy is 4.75 in diameter by 1 in high. Works best with 8-10 ft ceilings; sloped ceiling adaptable.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
