The Berkshire Glass pendant combines industrial-inspired design with versatile customization. The matte black finish on steel and cast brass frames the seedy glass shade, offering a vintage look that fits transitional, modern, and restoration-vintage styles. With a 10-foot wire and sloped ceiling adaptability, it's easy to install in various settings.

How bright is it?
Brightness depends on the bulb you choose (not included). Using a standard 60W equivalent LED bulb (800 lumens), this pendant provides ample task lighting for a kitchen island or dining table. For ambient light, a 40W equivalent (450 lumens) works well.
Light color and feel
Light color is determined by the bulb. A 2700K-3000K warm white bulb creates a cozy, inviting glow that complements the seedy glass and matte black finish. The seedy glass diffuses light softly, reducing glare.
Sizing and fit
The pendant has a 16-inch diameter shade and an overall height adjustable from 25.5 to 49.5 inches. The canopy is 4.75 inches in diameter. It works well over kitchen islands, dining tables, or in entryways with standard 8-9 ft ceilings. Sloped ceiling adaptable.

Is the bulb included? No, bulbs are not included. A medium base (E26) vintage bulb is recommended.
Is it dimmable, and what dimmer should I use? Dimmability depends on the bulb used. Use a compatible dimmer for LED bulbs if dimming is desired.
Can I install this in a bathroom or outdoors? It is UL/ETL listed for damp locations, suitable for covered patios or bathrooms away from direct water spray, but not for wet locations.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
