Description
A 16-inch single-light pendant with a brushed brass finish and matte white glass shade, ideal for kitchen islands and dining rooms.
The Berkshire Glass collection combines industrial-inspired design with versatile customization. This pendant features a brushed brass finish on steel and cast brass construction, paired with a matte white cased glass cone shade. The included 6-watt LED bulb (2700K, 600 lumens) provides warm ambient light, and the fixture is damp-rated for covered outdoor areas.

- Kitchen islands 4-6 ft long, hung in a row of two or three for task and ambient lighting
- Dining rooms above a 36-48 in table, centered for warm dining light
- Covered patios or porches (damp-rated) as a single statement pendant

How bright is it?
600 lumens - about as bright as a 40W incandescent bulb, ideal for accent or ambient light over a table or island. Not sufficient as a primary room light for large spaces.
Light color and feel
2700K warm white - a soft, golden tone similar to traditional incandescent. Flatters skin tones and warm brass/wood interiors. CRI 82 is adequate for most settings but not ideal for art or detailed tasks.

Overall dimensions: 16 in diameter x 16.5 in height. Hanging height adjustable from 25.5 to 49.5 in (includes 10 ft of wire). Canopy: 4.75 in diameter x 1 in height. Works well with 8-10 ft ceilings; sloped ceiling adaptable.

Is the bulb included? Yes, one 6-watt LED ST64 vintage bulb (2700K, 600 lumens) is included.
Is it dimmable, and what dimmer should I use? The fixture is dimmable when used with a compatible LED dimmer (not included). Use a standard LED dimmer for best results.
Can I install this in a bathroom or outdoors? This fixture is damp-rated, suitable for covered outdoor areas and bathrooms with no direct water exposure. Not wet-rated for exposed outdoor use.
What's the warranty? 2-year finish warranty and lifetime electrical warranty.
Can I use a different shade? Yes, the Edison collection allows customization with glass or metal shades from the Franklin and Ballston collections (sold separately).

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
