Description
A 16-inch single-light pendant from the Berkshire Glass collection, finished in Black Antique Brass with a seedy glass shade, ideal for kitchen islands and dining rooms.
The Berkshire Glass pendant combines industrial style with transitional versatility. The Black Antique Brass finish on steel and cast brass complements the seedy glass shade, which diffuses light softly. This cord-hung fixture is damp-rated for covered patios and features a 10-foot black textured cord for flexible placement.
Best for
- Kitchen islands 4-6 ft long, hung in a row of two or three for task and ambient lighting
- Dining rooms with tables 36-48 in wide, centered 30-36 in above the tabletop

How bright is it?
600 lumens from the included 6W LED bulb - about as bright as a 40W incandescent, ideal for task and accent lighting over a kitchen island or dining table, but not sufficient as a sole light source for a large room.
Light color and feel
2700K warm white - a soft, golden tone similar to traditional incandescent bulbs. The seedy glass shade diffuses the light, reducing glare and creating a cozy ambiance. CRI 82 is adequate for most settings but may not render colors as vividly as higher CRI options.
Sizing and fit
The pendant measures 16 in wide (diameter) and 17 in tall, with an adjustable hanging height from 20 to 137 in via the 10 ft cord. The canopy is 4.75 in diameter and 1 in tall. Works well over islands or tables 36-48 in wide, and on sloped ceilings (adaptable).

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
