Description
A 16-inch single-light pendant with an antique copper finish and matte white cased glass shade, ideal for kitchen islands and dining rooms in industrial or transitional homes.
The Berkshire Glass pendant combines heavy cast components with a vintage-inspired silhouette. The antique copper finish on steel and cast brass is paired with a matte white cased glass shade that softens the light. Part of the Edison collection, this fixture can be customized with over 100 shade options, but as delivered it offers a clean industrial look with a warm glow.
Best for
- Kitchen islands 4-6 ft long, hung in a row of two or three for task and ambient lighting
- Dining rooms with tables 36-48 in wide, centered above the table
- Entryways and foyers with 8-9 ft ceilings, used as a single statement pendant
- Covered patios or porches (damp-rated) for outdoor dining areas

Not ideal for
- Spaces with ceilings under 7.5 ft - the minimum hanging height is 25.5 in
- Primary room lighting in large spaces over 200 sq ft - 600 lumens is accent-level brightness
- Bathrooms with direct shower exposure - damp-rated but not wet-rated
How bright is it?
600 lumens from the included 6W LED bulb - about as bright as a 40W incandescent. This is ideal for accent or task lighting over a kitchen island or dining table, but not sufficient as the sole light source for a large room.
Light color and feel
2700K warm white - a soft, golden tone similar to traditional incandescent bulbs. The matte white glass shade diffuses the light evenly, reducing glare. CRI 82 is adequate for most spaces but not ideal for color-critical tasks like art evaluation.
Sizing and fit
The shade is 16 in wide and 14 in tall. Overall fixture height is 16.5 in, with a hanging range of 25.5 to 49.5 in using the included 10 ft wire. The canopy is 4.75 in diameter and 1 in tall. Works on sloped ceilings.

Is the bulb included? Yes, one 6W LED ST64 bulb (2700K, 600 lumens) is included.
Is it dimmable, and what dimmer should I use? The included LED bulb is dimmable. Use a standard LED-compatible dimmer for best results.
Can I install this in a bathroom or outdoors? It is UL/ETL listed for damp locations, so it can be used in bathrooms away from direct water spray or on covered patios. Not for wet locations.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
