The Berkshire Glass mini pendant combines industrial charm with modern versatility. Its polished nickel steel and cast brass canopy suspends a seedy glass cone shade on a 10-foot grey textured cord, creating warm, diffused light. The damp-location rating expands placement options beyond dry interiors, making it a smart choice for covered outdoor areas or bathrooms.

How bright is it?
Lumen output depends on the bulb you choose (not included). With a recommended 60W equivalent ST64 vintage bulb, expect roughly 800 lumens - similar to a standard 60W incandescent, suitable for task and ambient lighting over a small table or island. For brighter task light, use a higher-wattage A19 or LED bulb up to 100W equivalent.
Light color and feel
Color temperature is determined by your bulb choice. A 2700K-3000K warm white bulb creates a cozy, inviting glow that complements the seedy glass texture and polished nickel finish. The open-bottom cone shade directs light downward with a soft halo, ideal for dining and conversation areas.

Returns

All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
