Description
A 16-inch mini pendant with a polished chrome frame and matte white glass shade, designed for kitchen islands and dining areas where damp-rated fixtures are needed.
The Berkshire Glass collection combines industrial styling with a transitional feel. The polished chrome finish and matte white cased glass shade create a clean, versatile look that suits modern, contemporary, and vintage-inspired interiors. The stem-hung design allows for adjustable height, and the fixture is damp-rated for use in bathrooms or covered patios.

How bright is it?
Lumen output depends on the bulb you choose. The fixture accepts one medium-base (E26) bulb up to 60W equivalent. With a standard 800-lumen LED bulb, it provides ample task lighting for a kitchen island or ambient light for a small dining area. Not designed as a sole light source for large rooms.
Light color and feel
Bulb not included; choose your preferred color temperature. A 2700K-3000K warm white bulb creates a cozy, inviting glow that complements the matte white shade and polished chrome. The open-bottom cone shade directs light downward with minimal glare.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
