A 16-inch mini pendant with a seedy glass shade and matte black finish, ideal for kitchen islands and dining areas.
The Berkshire Glass mini pendant combines industrial styling with a vintage-inspired seedy glass shade. The matte black steel and cast brass construction offers durability and a timeless look. This fixture is damp-rated, making it suitable for covered patios as well.

- Kitchen islands 4-6 ft long, hung in a row of two or three for task lighting
- Dining rooms with tables 36-48 in wide, centered above the table
- Covered patios or porches where damp-rated fixtures are required
- Entryways or hallways with 8-10 ft ceilings, used as a single statement pendant

- Bathrooms with direct shower exposure (damp-rated, not wet-rated)

How bright is it?
Uses one medium-base bulb (not included). With a recommended 60W incandescent equivalent, expect about 800 lumens - bright enough for task lighting over a kitchen island or dining table, but not sufficient as a sole light source for a large room.
Light color and feel
The seedy glass shade diffuses light softly, creating a warm, ambient glow. Pair with a 2700K-3000K LED bulb for a cozy, vintage feel. Dimmable with compatible bulbs and dimmer.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
