The Berkshire Glass mini pendant combines industrial style with a sleek matte black finish and a matte white cased glass shade. The cone-shaped glass diffuses light softly, while the adjustable cord allows flexible placement over islands or tables. This fixture is damp-rated, making it suitable for bathrooms and covered patios.

How bright is it?
Lumen output depends on the bulb used (not included). With a standard 60W equivalent LED bulb, expect 800-900 lumens - bright enough for task lighting over a kitchen island or ambient light over a dining table. For a warmer glow, use a 40W equivalent (450 lumens).
Light color and feel
The matte white glass shade produces a soft, diffused light that minimizes glare. Pair with a 2700K-3000K bulb for a warm, inviting ambiance that complements the matte black finish. The fixture is dimmable when used with a compatible dimmer and dimmable bulbs.

Is the bulb included? No, bulbs are sold separately. A medium base (E26) bulb is required, and an ST64 shape is recommended for the vintage look.
Is it dimmable, and what dimmer should I use? Yes, when used with dimmable bulbs and a compatible dimmer. Use a standard incandescent or LED dimmer rated for the total wattage.
Can I install this in a bathroom or outdoors? Yes, it is UL and ETL listed for damp locations, so it can be used in bathrooms, covered patios, and other damp areas.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
