Description

The Berkshire Glass mini pendant combines industrial charm with a sleek, modern silhouette. The antique copper finish on steel and cast brass is complemented by a matte white cased glass shade that softens the light. This fixture is damp-rated, making it suitable for covered patios or bathrooms, and its adjustable stem allows for flexible hanging heights.

How bright is it?
Brightness depends on the bulb you choose. The fixture accepts one medium-base (E26) bulb up to 60W incandescent equivalent (or LED equivalent). For a typical 800-lumen LED bulb, it provides ample task lighting for a kitchen island or ambient light for a dining area. Bulb not included.
Light color and feel
The matte white glass shade diffuses light softly, reducing glare and creating a warm ambient glow. Pair with a 2700K-3000K LED bulb for a cozy, inviting atmosphere. The fixture is dimmable when used with a compatible dimmer and dimmable bulbs.
Sizing and fit
The shade is 16 inches wide and 14 inches tall, with an overall fixture height of 17.62 inches. The stem can be adjusted to achieve a total hanging height between 26.62 and 50.62 inches, making it suitable for ceilings 8-10 ft high. The canopy is 4.875 inches in diameter and 0.875 inches tall. Sloped ceilings are accommodated.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
