A 12-inch semi-flush mount with a clear glass cone shade and brushed brass finish, ideal for entryways and hallways needing ambient light with industrial character.
The Berkshire Glass collection combines heavy cast brass and steel construction with a clear glass shade that showcases the vintage ST64 bulb. The brushed brass finish adds warmth, while the industrial-inspired design fits modern, transitional, or restoration-vintage interiors.

How bright is it?
Brightness depends on the bulb used (not included). With a standard 60W equivalent LED bulb, expect around 800 lumens - suitable for ambient lighting in small to medium rooms. For a dimmer effect, use a lower wattage bulb.
Light color and feel
The clear glass shade allows the bulb's color temperature to shine through. For a warm, inviting glow, choose a 2700K-3000K LED bulb. The fixture is dimmable when used with a compatible dimmer and dimmable bulb.
Sizing and fit
Overall dimensions: 12 inches wide (diameter) x 15 inches high. The canopy is 4.5 inches in diameter and 0.75 inches high. Suitable for ceilings 8 ft or higher. The fixture projects 15 inches from the ceiling.

Is the bulb included? No, bulbs are not included. A medium base (E26) vintage ST64 bulb is recommended.

Can I install this in a bathroom or outdoors? Yes, it is rated for damp locations, making it suitable for bathrooms or covered outdoor areas. Not for wet locations.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
