A 12-inch semi-flush mount with a seedy glass shade in antique brass, ideal for entryways and hallways needing warm ambient light.
The Berkshire Glass collection combines industrial steel and cast brass with a classic seedy glass cone shade. The antique brass finish and vintage-inspired ST64 bulb shape bring a restoration-vintage feel that suits transitional and modern-contemporary homes alike.

How bright is it?
Brightness depends on the bulb used. With a recommended 60W equivalent LED bulb, expect around 800 lumens - similar to a traditional 60W incandescent, suitable for ambient lighting in small to medium rooms. Not intended as a primary task light.

The seedy glass shade diffuses light softly, creating a warm, inviting glow. Pair with a 2700K-3000K LED bulb for a warm white tone that complements the antique brass finish. The fixture is dimmable when used with a compatible dimmer and dimmable bulbs.

Is it dimmable, and what dimmer should I use? Yes, when used with dimmable bulbs and a compatible dimmer switch. Use a standard incandescent or LED dimmer.
Can I install this in a bathroom or outdoors? It is rated for damp locations, so it can be used in bathrooms (away from direct water) and covered outdoor areas. Not for wet locations.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
