Description
A 12-inch semi-flush mount with an antique brass finish and seedy glass shade, ideal for entryways and hallways needing industrial character.
The Berkshire Glass collection combines heavy cast components with a vintage-inspired seedy glass shade. The antique brass finish and cone-shaped glass evoke an industrial loft aesthetic, while the damp-location rating allows use in covered outdoor areas. This fixture accepts a single ST64 vintage bulb (not included) for a bare-bulb look.

How bright is it?
Brightness depends on the bulb used. With a standard 60W equivalent LED bulb (800 lumens), it provides ample ambient light for a small to medium room. For a dimmer vintage look, use a 40W equivalent (450 lumens).
Light color and feel
Choose your bulb's color temperature. A 2700K warm white bulb creates a cozy, incandescent-like glow that complements the antique brass finish. The seedy glass diffuses light softly, reducing glare.

Overall dimensions: 12 inches wide (diameter) x 15 inches high. Canopy is 4.5 inches diameter x 0.75 inches high. Fits ceilings 8 ft or higher. Projection from ceiling is 15 inches.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
