A 12-inch mini pendant with a seedy glass cone and polished nickel finish, designed for kitchen islands and dining areas in damp-rated locations.
The Berkshire Glass mini pendant combines industrial style with modern versatility. Its polished nickel steel and cast brass frame supports a seedy glass cone shade that diffuses light with a vintage character. The stem-hung design adjusts from 22.62 to 46.62 inches, making it suitable for a range of ceiling heights. Rated for damp locations, it can be used in bathrooms or covered patios as well.

How bright is it?
Lumen output depends on the bulb used (not included). With a recommended 60W ST64 vintage bulb, expect approximately 800 lumens - similar to a traditional 60W incandescent, suitable for task and ambient lighting over a small to medium surface.
Light color and feel
The seedy glass shade creates a warm, diffused glow with visible filament character when using a vintage bulb. Color temperature is determined by your bulb choice; a 2700K-3000K bulb produces a soft warm white that complements the polished nickel finish. The fixture is dimmable when used with a compatible dimmer and dimmable bulb.

Returns

All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
