The Berkshire Glass mini pendant combines industrial style with modern versatility. Its polished nickel finish and seedy glass shade create a vintage-inspired look that complements transitional and contemporary interiors. The cord-hung design allows adjustable height, making it adaptable to various ceiling heights and spaces.

How bright is it?
Lumen output depends on the bulb used (not included). With a standard 60W incandescent or equivalent LED, expect 600-800 lumens - suitable for task or ambient lighting over a small to medium surface. For brighter task lighting, use a higher-wattage LED bulb (up to 100W equivalent).
Light color and feel
Bulb color temperature is your choice. A 2700K-3000K warm white bulb creates a cozy, inviting glow that complements the seedy glass and polished nickel. For a more modern feel, 3500K-4000K neutral white works well in kitchens. The fixture is dimmable when used with a compatible dimmer and dimmable bulb.

The shade is 12 inches wide and 10 inches high, with an overall fixture height of 13.82 inches (excluding cord). Is the bulb included? No, bulbs are not included. A medium base (E26) vintage-style ST64 bulb is recommended.
Is it dimmable, and what dimmer should I use? Yes, when used with a dimmable bulb and a standard incandescent/LED dimmer. Use a compatible dimmer for LED bulbs.
Can I install this in a bathroom or outdoors? It is rated for damp locations, so it can be used in covered outdoor areas or bathrooms away from direct water spray, but not in wet locations or directly in a shower.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
