Description
A 12-inch mini pendant with a matte black finish and matte white cased glass shade, ideal for kitchen islands and dining areas in damp-rated spaces.
The Berkshire Glass mini pendant combines industrial matte black steel and cast brass with a matte white cased glass cone shade. Its vintage-inspired silhouette and damp-location rating make it a versatile choice for kitchens, bathrooms, and covered patios. The 10-foot wire allows flexible placement on sloped ceilings.

- Kitchen islands 4-6 ft long, hung in a row of two or three for task lighting over a prep zone
- Dining rooms with a 36-48 in round table, centered 30-34 in above the tabletop

How bright is it?
Lumen output depends on the bulb used (not included). With a standard 60W equivalent LED bulb, expect 800-900 lumens, suitable for task or accent lighting over a kitchen island or dining table. For brighter task lighting, use a 100W equivalent bulb (up to 1600 lumens).
Light color and feel
The matte white glass shade diffuses light softly, reducing glare. Choose a bulb with 2700K-3000K warm white for a cozy, inviting glow that complements the matte black finish. Dimmable bulbs and a compatible dimmer switch allow adjustable ambiance.

Returns

All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
