The Berkshire Glass mini pendant from Innovations Lighting combines industrial charm with modern versatility. Its champagne bronze steel and cast brass canopy supports a cone-shaped matte white cased glass shade, creating a warm, diffused glow. The 10-foot grey textured cord allows flexible hanging heights, and the damp-location rating makes it suitable for bathrooms and covered patios.

How bright is it?
This fixture uses one medium-base bulb (not included) up to 60W incandescent or equivalent LED. Brightness depends on the bulb chosen; a 60W equivalent LED (800 lumens) provides ample task light for a kitchen island or ambient light for a small dining area. For a softer glow, use a 40W equivalent (450 lumens).
Light color and feel
The matte white glass shade diffuses light evenly, reducing glare and creating a soft, warm ambiance. Pair with a 2700K-3000K LED bulb for a cozy, incandescent-like feel that complements the champagne bronze finish. The fixture is dimmable when used with a compatible dimmer and dimmable bulbs.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
