Description
A 12-inch mini pendant with a seedy glass shade and brushed satin nickel finish, ideal for kitchen islands and dining areas where focused task or ambient light is needed.
The Berkshire Glass mini pendant combines industrial charm with versatile style. Its seedy glass shade diffuses light softly, while the brushed satin nickel finish on steel and cast brass adds a refined touch. The 10-foot grey textured cord allows flexible placement, and the fixture is damp-rated for use in covered outdoor areas or bathrooms.

How bright is it?
Brightness depends on the bulb you choose. Using a 60W equivalent LED bulb (about 800 lumens), this single-light pendant provides ample task or ambient light for a kitchen island or dining table. For softer accent lighting, a 40W equivalent (450 lumens) works well.
Light color and feel
The seedy glass shade creates a warm, diffused glow that reduces glare. Pair with a 2700K-3000K warm white bulb for a cozy, inviting atmosphere that complements wood and neutral interiors. The fixture is dimmable when used with a compatible dimmer and dimmable bulbs.

Returns

All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
