The Berkshire Glass mini pendant combines industrial and transitional style with a sleek brushed satin nickel finish and a matte white cased glass shade. The cone-shaped shade diffuses light softly, while the stem-hung design allows adjustable height. Built from steel, cast brass, and glass, this fixture is damp-rated for covered porches or bathrooms.

How bright is it?
Lumen output depends on the bulb used (not included). With a typical 60W equivalent LED bulb, expect 800-900 lumens - suitable for task and ambient lighting over a table or island. For brighter task lighting, use a higher-lumen bulb.
Light color and feel
Bulb color temperature is your choice. A 2700K-3000K warm white bulb creates a cozy, inviting glow that complements the matte white shade. The cased glass diffuses light evenly, reducing glare.

All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
