A 12-inch mini pendant from the Berkshire Glass collection, finished in brushed brass with a seedy glass shade, ideal for kitchen islands and dining rooms in damp-rated locations.
The Berkshire Glass mini pendant combines industrial styling with transitional versatility. The brushed brass finish and cast brass components give it a sturdy, refined look, while the seedy glass shade diffuses light softly. This fixture is part of the Edison family, offering customization with over 100 shade options.

How bright is it?
600 lumens from the included 6W LED bulb - about as bright as a 40W incandescent, suitable for task lighting over a counter or table, but not enough as a primary room light in large spaces.
Light color and feel
2700K warm white - a soft, golden tone similar to traditional incandescent. The seedy glass shade adds texture and reduces glare. CRI 82 is adequate for most settings.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
