A 12-inch mini pendant with a brushed brass finish and matte white glass shade, designed for damp-rated kitchen islands and dining areas.
The Berkshire Glass mini pendant from Innovations Lighting combines industrial-inspired design with versatile customization. The heavy cast brass and steel construction gives it a sturdy transitional look, while the matte white cased glass shade softens the light. Part of the Edison collection, this fixture can be paired with various glass or metal shades to suit your decor.

How bright is it?
Brightness depends on the bulb you choose. With a recommended 60W equivalent LED bulb (800-900 lumens), it provides ample task lighting for a kitchen island or dining table. For ambient lighting, a lower lumen bulb (400-500 lumens) creates a softer glow.
Light color and feel
The matte white glass shade diffuses light evenly, reducing glare and creating a warm, inviting atmosphere. Pair with a 2700K-3000K LED bulb for a cozy, incandescent-like glow. The fixture is dimmable when used with a compatible dimmer and dimmable bulbs.

Can I install this in a bathroom or outdoors? It is rated for damp locations, so it can be used in bathrooms (not directly in shower spray) or covered outdoor areas. Not for wet locations.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
