Description
A 12-inch mini pendant from Innovations' Berkshire Glass collection, finished in brushed brass with a clear cone glass shade, ideal for kitchen islands and dining rooms.
The Berkshire Glass mini pendant combines industrial styling with transitional versatility. The brushed brass finish and clear glass shade showcase the included ST64 vintage LED bulb, creating a warm, inviting glow. Crafted from steel, cast brass, and glass, this fixture is damp-rated for use in covered outdoor areas or bathrooms.
Best for
- Kitchen islands 4-6 ft long, hung in a row of 2-3 pendants for task and ambient lighting
- Dining rooms over a small table (30-36 in diameter) as a single statement pendant

How bright is it?
600 lumens - about as bright as a 40W incandescent bulb, ideal for task or accent lighting over a counter or table. Not sufficient as a primary room light for spaces larger than 50 sq ft.
Light color and feel
2700K warm white - a soft, golden tone similar to traditional incandescent bulbs. Flatters skin tones and warm finishes like brass and wood. CRI 82 provides decent color rendering for everyday use.
Sizing and fit
The shade is 12 in diameter and 10 in tall; overall fixture height is 12.5 in. With 10 ft of wire, the hanging height adjusts from 21.5 to 45.5 in. Works well on sloped ceilings. Canopy is 4.75 in diameter and 1 in tall.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
