Description
A 12-inch mini pendant with a clear Berkshire glass cone and brushed brass finish, ideal for kitchen islands and dining areas where a single accent light or a cluster of pendants is needed.
The Berkshire Glass mini pendant combines industrial metalwork with clear glass for a look that fits modern, contemporary, and transitional spaces. The brushed brass finish and steel construction give it a warm, refined presence, while the clear glass shade showcases a vintage ST64 bulb (not included). With a damp location rating, it can also be used in covered outdoor areas or bathrooms.

How bright is it?
Brightness depends on the bulb you choose. With a recommended 60W equivalent ST64 LED bulb, expect about 800 lumens - similar to a standard 60W incandescent, suitable for task lighting over a counter or ambient accent in a small area.
Light color and feel
The clear glass shade lets the bulb's color temperature shine through. For a warm, inviting glow, choose a 2700K-3000K LED bulb. The open bottom design provides direct downward light with some ambient glow through the glass.

Returns

All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
