Description
A 12-inch mini pendant with a seedy glass cone shade and black antique brass finish, ideal for kitchen islands and dining areas.
The Berkshire Glass mini pendant combines industrial and transitional style with a seedy glass shade that diffuses light beautifully. The black antique brass finish on steel and cast brass adds a vintage touch, while the 10-foot black textured cord allows flexible hanging. This damp-rated fixture works well in covered outdoor spaces too.

How bright is it?
Brightness depends on the bulb you choose. With a recommended 60W ST64 vintage bulb (not included), expect about 800 lumens - similar to a standard 60W incandescent, suitable for task and ambient lighting over a kitchen island or dining table.
Light color and feel
The seedy glass shade softens and diffuses light, creating a warm, inviting glow. For a classic warm ambiance, use a 2700K-3000K LED bulb. The fixture is dimmable when used with a compatible dimmer and dimmable bulbs.

Is the bulb included? No, bulbs are not included. A medium base (E26) ST64 vintage bulb is recommended.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
