Description
A 12-inch mini pendant from the Berkshire Glass collection, finished in Black Antique Brass with a Matte White glass shade, ideal for kitchen islands and dining areas.
The Berkshire Glass mini pendant combines industrial styling with a classic cone-shaped Matte White glass shade. The Black Antique Brass finish on steel and cast brass construction gives it a sturdy, transitional look. This fixture is damp-rated for covered outdoor areas and bathrooms, and includes a 6W LED vintage bulb with 600 lumens at 2700K warm white.

How bright is it?
600 lumens from the included 6W LED bulb — about as bright as a 40W incandescent, suitable for accent or task lighting over a counter or table, not as a primary room light.
Light color and feel
2700K warm white with a CRI of 82 — a soft, golden tone similar to traditional incandescent bulbs. Dimmable with a compatible dimmer (bulb included).
Sizing and fit

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped. To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
