Description
A 12-inch mini pendant with an antique copper finish and clear glass shade, ideal for kitchen islands, breakfast bars, and other task or accent lighting needs.
The Berkshire Glass mini pendant combines industrial style with vintage appeal. The antique copper finish on steel and cast brass, paired with a clear cone-shaped glass shade, creates a warm, inviting glow. This fixture is damp-rated, making it suitable for covered outdoor areas as well.

How bright is it?
Uses one medium-base bulb (not included). With a recommended 60W equivalent LED, expect about 800 lumens—suitable for task or accent lighting, not as a primary room light.
Light color and feel
Bulb-dependent. For a warm, inviting glow, use a 2700K-3000K LED. The clear glass shade provides unobstructed light with a slight sparkle from the exposed bulb.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
