Description
A 12-inch mini pendant with antique brass finish and seedy glass shade, ideal for kitchen islands, dining nooks, and damp-rated spaces.
The Berkshire Glass collection combines industrial aesthetics with versatile design. This mini pendant features a sturdy steel and cast brass construction in antique brass, paired with a seedy glass cone shade that diffuses light softly. The included 6W LED bulb (2700K, 600 lumens) provides warm ambient light, and the fixture is damp-rated for bathrooms or covered patios.

How bright is it?
600 lumens - about as bright as a 40W incandescent bulb, suitable for task lighting over a small island or accent lighting in a hallway. Not sufficient as a primary room light.
Light color and feel
2700K warm white - a soft, golden tone similar to traditional incandescent. CRI 82 renders colors adequately for most home settings. Dimmable with a standard incandescent dimmer when using compatible dimmable bulbs (bulb included is dimmable).
Sizing and fit
Overall dimensions: 12 in diameter x 12.5 in height. Minimum hanging height 21.5 in, maximum 45.5 in (adjustable stem). Canopy is 4.75 in diameter x 1 in height. Works well on sloped ceilings (adaptable). For 8 ft ceilings, hang at 36-40 in above counter.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
