A 12-inch mini pendant with antique brass finish and seedy glass shade, ideal for kitchen islands and dining areas.
The Berkshire Glass mini pendant combines industrial style with transitional versatility. Its antique brass finish and seedy glass shade evoke a vintage aesthetic, while the included LED bulb provides warm 2700K light. The fixture is damp-rated for covered outdoor use and features a 10-foot black textured cord for flexible hanging.

How bright is it?
600 lumens - about as bright as a 40W incandescent bulb, ideal for accent or ambient light over a small area, not as a primary room light.
Light color and feel
2700K warm white - a soft, golden tone similar to traditional incandescent. Flatters skin tones and warm interiors. CRI 82 is adequate for general use.
Sizing and fit
Overall dimensions: 12 inches wide, 13 inches tall, 12 inches in diameter. Height adjustable from 16 to 133 inches via the 10-foot cord. Canopy is 4.75 inches in diameter. Works well over tables 24-36 inches wide or in clusters over larger islands.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
