Description
A 12-inch mini pendant from the Berkshire Glass collection, finished in antique brass with a matte white glass shade, ideal for kitchen islands and dining areas.
The Berkshire Glass mini pendant combines industrial charm with modern versatility. Its antique brass finish and cast brass construction are paired with a matte white cased glass shade that softens the light. The included 6-watt LED bulb (600 lumens, 2700K) provides warm ambient light, and the 10-foot black textured cord allows flexible hanging heights. Damp-rated for bathrooms and covered patios.

How bright is it?
600 lumens - about as bright as a 40W incandescent bulb, ideal for task or accent lighting over a kitchen island or dining table. Not sufficient as a sole light source for a large room.
Light color and feel
2700K warm white - a soft, golden tone similar to traditional incandescent. Flatters skin tones and warm wood/brass interiors. CRI 82 is adequate for most spaces but not ideal for color-critical tasks.
Sizing and fit
Overall dimensions: 12 in wide x 13 in high x 12 in deep. Height adjustable from 16 to 133 in via the 10 ft cord. Canopy is 4.75 in diameter x 1 in high. Works well with 8-10 ft ceilings; sloped ceiling adaptable.

Returns

All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
