How bright is it?
Brightness depends on the bulb you choose. The fixture accepts one medium-base (E26) bulb up to 60W (or LED equivalent). With a typical 60W incandescent (about 800 lumens), it provides ample accent light; with a lower-wattage vintage bulb, it creates a softer glow. The matte white glass will diffuse light evenly.
Light color and feel
Light color is determined by your bulb choice. A 2700K-3000K warm white bulb will produce a cozy, incandescent-like glow that flatters the satin gold finish and white glass. The matte white cased glass provides a soft, diffused light that reduces glare.
Sizing and fit
The sconce measures 8 inches wide, 14 inches high, and extends 14.12 inches from the wall. The backplate is 4.5 inches wide and 7.88 inches high. It fits well on walls with standard stud spacing and is suitable for rooms of any size as an accent.

Is the bulb included? No, bulbs are not included. A medium-base vintage-style bulb (ST64) is recommended.
Is it dimmable, and what dimmer should I use? Dimmability depends on the bulb used. If you install a dimmable LED or incandescent bulb, it will work with a standard dimmer.
Can I install this in a bathroom or outdoors? It is rated for damp locations, so it can be used in bathrooms (not directly in the shower) or covered outdoor areas.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
