A compact 8-inch semi-flush mount with an industrial farmhouse look, finished in polished nickel with a matching metal shade - ideal for hallways, entryways, and covered porches.
The Berkshire collection from Innovations Lighting brings together industrial styling with versatile customization. This 1-light semi-flush mount features a polished nickel finish on steel and cast brass construction, paired with a polished nickel metal shade in a classic cone shape. The fixture is damp-rated for covered outdoor areas and accepts a single medium-base vintage bulb (not included) for a warm, Edison-inspired glow.

How bright is it?
Brightness depends on the bulb you choose. With a standard 60W equivalent LED bulb (800 lumens), it provides comfortable ambient light for a hallway or small room. For a dimmer vintage look, use a 40W equivalent ST64 bulb (about 450 lumens). Bulb not included.
Light color and feel
The fixture is dimmable when used with a compatible dimmer and dimmable bulbs. The metal shade directs light downward and outward, creating a warm, focused glow. For a classic Edison look, choose a bulb in 2700K-3000K warm white.
Sizing and fit
Overall dimensions: 8 inches wide (diameter) x 12 inches high. The canopy is 4.5 inches in diameter and 0.75 inches high. The shade is 8 inches wide x 7 inches high. Weighs just under 1 lb. Best suited for ceilings 8 ft or higher.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
