Description
A 1-light mini pendant from the Innovations Berkshire collection, finished in satin gold with a matte white glass shade, ideal for kitchen islands and dining rooms in damp-rated locations.
The Berkshire mini pendant combines industrial styling with transitional versatility. Its satin gold finish on steel and cast brass is paired with a matte white cased glass shade that softens the 600-lumen LED light. The 10-foot black textured cord allows adjustable hanging, and the fixture is damp-rated for use in bathrooms or covered patios.
Best for
- Kitchen islands 4-6 ft long, hung in a row of two or three for task and ambient lighting
- Dining rooms with tables 36-48 in wide, centered 30-36 in above the tabletop
- Bathrooms with damp-rated ceilings, such as over a vanity or soaking tub
- Covered patios or entryways where damp location certification is required

Not ideal for
- Spaces with ceilings under 8 ft if you need the full 130 in drop - the minimum height is 13 in
- Primary room lighting in large open-concept areas - 600 lumens is best for task or accent use
- Wet locations exposed to direct rain - damp-rated only
How bright is it?
600 lumens - about as bright as a 40W incandescent bulb, ideal for task lighting over a kitchen island or dining table, or as accent light in a bathroom. Not sufficient as a sole light source for large rooms.
Light color and feel
2700K warm white - a soft, golden tone similar to traditional incandescent. Flatters skin tones and warm wood/brass interiors. CRI 82 provides decent color rendering for most spaces.
Sizing and fit
The shade is 8 in diameter and 7 in tall, with an overall fixture width of 8 in and height of 10 in. The cord adjusts from 13 in to 130 in, making it suitable for ceilings from 8 ft to 12 ft. Canopy is 4.75 in diameter and 1 in tall. Sloped ceiling adaptable.

Returns

All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
