A 1-light mini pendant from the Berkshire collection, finished in polished chrome with a clear glass shade, ideal for kitchen islands and dining rooms.
The Berkshire mini pendant combines industrial-inspired design with versatile customization. Part of the Innovations Lighting Edison family, it features heavy cast brass and steel construction in a polished chrome finish. The clear cone-shaped glass shade showcases a vintage ST64 bulb (not included) for a classic Edison look. Suitable for damp locations, it adds a touch of transitional style to any space.
Best for

How bright is it?
Brightness depends on the bulb you choose. With a recommended 60W equivalent ST64 vintage bulb, expect around 800 lumens - similar to a standard 60W incandescent, suitable for task lighting over a small island or accent lighting in a dining area. For a softer glow, use a lower-wattage bulb.
Light color and feel
The clear glass shade allows the bulb's light to shine directly, creating a warm, inviting glow. Use a 2700K-3000K warm white bulb for a cozy, incandescent-like ambiance that complements the polished chrome and brass accents. The fixture is dimmable when used with a compatible dimmer and dimmable bulb.
Sizing and fit
The mini pendant measures 8 inches in diameter and 9.5 inches in height. It hangs from a stem with a total adjustable height range of 18.5 to 42.5 inches, including the canopy. The canopy is 4.75 inches in diameter and 1 inch high. Ideal for ceilings 8 ft or higher. Sloped ceiling adaptable.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
