Description
A polished chrome mini pendant from the Berkshire collection, ideal for kitchen islands and dining areas where a compact, industrial accent light is needed.
This mini pendant combines a polished chrome finish with a metal cone shade, offering a clean industrial look. Part of the Berkshire Metal collection, it features a sturdy steel and cast brass construction. The included 6-watt LED vintage bulb (2700K, 600 lumens) provides warm ambient light, and the fixture is damp-rated for covered outdoor or bathroom use.

How bright is it?
600 lumens - about as bright as a 40W incandescent bulb, suitable for accent or task lighting over a small surface. Not intended as a primary room light.
Light color and feel
2700K warm white - a soft, golden tone similar to traditional incandescent. CRI 82 provides decent color rendering for most home settings. Dimmable with a compatible dimmer (bulb included).
Sizing and fit
The shade is 8 inches in diameter and 7 inches tall. Overall fixture height adjusts from 18.5 to 42.5 inches via 10 feet of wire. Canopy is 4.75 inches diameter. Works well under 8-9 ft ceilings.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
