A polished chrome mini pendant from the Berkshire collection, ideal for kitchen islands and dining areas where a compact, industrial-inspired light is needed.
The Berkshire mini pendant combines polished chrome steel and cast brass with a cone-shaped metal shade, offering a sturdy, transitional look. Part of the Edison family, it can be customized with various glass or metal shades to suit your decor. This fixture is damp-rated for covered outdoor use and features a 10-foot wire for flexible installation.

How bright is it?
Brightness depends on the bulb used (not included). With a recommended 60W equivalent ST64 vintage bulb, expect approximately 800 lumens—similar to a standard incandescent, suitable for task and ambient lighting over a small area.
Light color and feel
Light color is determined by your bulb choice. For a warm, cozy ambiance, use a 2700K-3000K LED bulb. The metal shade directs light downward, creating a focused pool of light with minimal uplight.
Sizing and fit
The shade is 8 in diameter and 7 in tall, with an overall fixture height of 9.5 in. Minimum hanging height is 18.5 in, maximum 42.5 in, adjustable via the stem. Canopy is 4.75 in diameter. Ideal for ceilings 8-10 ft.

Is the bulb included? No, bulbs are not included. A medium base (E26) vintage bulb is recommended.
Is it dimmable, and what dimmer should I use? Dimmability depends on the bulb used. Use a compatible LED dimmer if using dimmable LED bulbs.
Can I install this in a bathroom or outdoors? It is rated for damp locations, so it can be used in covered outdoor areas or bathrooms away from direct water spray, but not in wet locations.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
