The Berkshire mini pendant combines industrial style with farmhouse charm, featuring a sturdy steel and cast brass construction in an oil rubbed bronze finish. The cone-shaped metal shade directs light downward, making it a practical choice for task and ambient lighting. With a damp location rating, it can be used in covered outdoor spaces or bathrooms.

How bright is it?
Brightness depends on the bulb you choose. It accepts one medium base (E26) bulb up to 60W (or LED equivalent). Using a 60W incandescent equivalent LED (about 800 lumens) provides ample task lighting for a kitchen island or dining table. For a softer glow, use a lower wattage or vintage-style bulb.
Light color and feel
The fixture itself does not determine light color - choose a bulb with your preferred Kelvin temperature. A 2700K-3000K warm white bulb complements the oil rubbed bronze finish and creates a cozy, inviting atmosphere. The metal shade casts light downward, creating a focused pool of light with minimal upward glow.
Sizing and fit
The mini pendant has an 8-inch diameter and 9.5-inch height, with an adjustable hanging length from 18.5 to 42.5 inches (includes 10 feet of wire). The canopy is 4.75 inches in diameter. Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
