Description
A 1-light mini pendant from the Berkshire collection, finished in matte black with a clear glass shade, designed for kitchen islands and dining areas in damp-rated spaces.
The Berkshire mini pendant combines industrial-inspired design with versatile customization. Its heavy cast steel and brass construction provides a sturdy transitional look, while the clear glass shade showcases a vintage ST64 bulb (not included). The fixture is sloped-ceiling adaptable and includes 10 feet of wire for flexible installation.

- Kitchen islands 4-6 ft long, hung in a row of two or three for task lighting

How bright is it?
Brightness depends on the bulb you choose. With a recommended 60W equivalent ST64 vintage bulb, expect approximately 800 lumens - similar to a standard 60W incandescent, suitable for task and accent lighting over a counter or table.
Light color and feel
The clear glass shade provides unobstructed light output. Choose a warm white (2700-3000K) vintage bulb for a cozy, incandescent-like glow that complements the matte black finish. The fixture is dimmable when used with a compatible dimmer and dimmable bulb.
Sizing and fit
Overall dimensions: 8 in diameter x 9.5 in height. Hanging height adjusts from 18.5 to 42.5 inches via the stem. Canopy is 4.75 in diameter x 1 in height. Works best over surfaces 24-36 in wide.

Returns

All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
