A compact 8-inch mini pendant from the Berkshire collection, finished in brushed satin nickel with seedy glass, ideal for kitchen islands, dining nooks, and covered patios.
The Berkshire mini pendant combines industrial-inspired design with versatile damp-location rating. Its seedy glass shade diffuses light softly, while the brushed satin nickel finish and cast brass accents add a refined transitional look. Part of the Edison family, this fixture can be customized with various shades to match your decor.

How bright is it?
600 lumens from the included 6W LED bulb - about as bright as a 40W incandescent, suitable for task and accent lighting over a small area. Not intended as a primary room light.
Light color and feel
2700K warm white - a soft, golden tone similar to traditional incandescent bulbs. The seedy glass shade creates a gentle, diffused glow with subtle texture. CRI 82 provides decent color rendering for everyday use.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
