A compact 8-inch mini pendant from the Berkshire Glass collection, finished in Black Antique Brass with a Matte White glass cone shade, designed for kitchen islands, dining nooks, and damp-rated spaces like covered patios.
The Berkshire Glass mini pendant combines industrial styling with versatile customization. The Black Antique Brass finish on steel and cast brass complements the Matte White cased glass shade, creating a warm, transitional look. Part of the Edison family, this fixture accepts glass or metal shades from the Franklin and Ballston collections, allowing you to adapt the style to your decor. The 10-foot black textured cord and sloped-ceiling adaptability make installation flexible.

How bright is it?
600 lumens from the included 6W LED bulb – about as bright as a 40W incandescent, ideal for task and accent lighting over a counter or table. Not sufficient as a primary room light for spaces larger than 8x10 ft.
Light color and feel
2700K warm white – a soft, golden tone similar to traditional incandescent bulbs. Flatters skin tones and warm wood/brass interiors. CRI 82 is standard for general use; colors appear natural but not as vivid as high-CRI options. Dimmable with a standard LED dimmer (bulb included, dimmer not included).

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped. To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
