Description
A compact 8-inch mini pendant from Innovations Lighting's Berkshire collection, finished in Black Antique Brass with a Matte Black metal shade - ideal for kitchen islands, dining nooks, and covered patios where damp-rated fixtures are needed.
The Berkshire mini pendant combines industrial and farmhouse aesthetics with a sturdy steel and cast brass construction. The Black Antique Brass finish adds a vintage touch, while the Matte Black cone-shaped metal shade directs light downward. This fixture comes with a 6W LED ST64 vintage-style bulb (2700K, 600 lumens) included, and the 10-foot wire allows flexible hanging heights from 18.5 to 42.5 inches. Damp-rated for covered outdoor or bathroom use.

How bright is it?
600 lumens - about as bright as a 40W incandescent bulb, ideal for task or accent lighting over a small table or island. Not sufficient as a primary room light for spaces larger than 8x10 ft.
Light color and feel
2700K warm white - a soft, golden tone similar to traditional incandescent bulbs. Flatters warm wood and brass finishes. CRI 82 is adequate for general use but not ideal for color-critical tasks like art or makeup application. Dimmable with a standard incandescent dimmer (LED-compatible recommended).
Sizing and fit
The shade is 8 inches wide and 7 inches tall; overall fixture height is 9.5 inches. With the included wire, the hanging height adjusts from 18.5 to 42.5 inches. Canopy is 4.75 inches diameter. Works well on sloped ceilings (up to standard slope). Suitable for ceilings 8-10 ft.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
