A compact 8-inch mini pendant from the Berkshire collection, finished in Black Antique Brass with a Matte Black metal shade, ideal for kitchen islands and dining areas in damp-rated locations.
The Berkshire Mini Pendant combines industrial style with farmhouse charm. The Black Antique Brass finish and Matte Black metal cone shade create a rugged, vintage look. Part of the Edison family, this fixture features heavy cast components and can be customized with various glass or metal shades from the Franklin and Ballston collections. It is damp-rated for use in bathrooms or covered patios.

How bright is it?
Brightness depends on the bulb used (not included). With a standard 60W equivalent LED bulb, expect around 800 lumens - suitable for task lighting over a counter or ambient light in a small room. For a dimmer effect, use a lower-wattage vintage bulb.
Light color and feel
Use a warm white bulb (2700K-3000K) to complement the antique brass and black finishes. The metal shade directs light downward, creating a focused pool of light with a cozy, industrial ambiance. Dimmable with compatible bulbs and dimmer switch.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
