The Berkshire collection from Innovations Lighting brings industrial farmhouse style to your home. This mini pendant features a sturdy steel and cast brass construction with an antique copper finish and matching metal shade. The included 6W LED vintage bulb (ST64 shape, 2700K warm white, 600 lumens) provides a cozy, incandescent-like glow. With 10 feet of wire and sloped ceiling adaptability, it fits a variety of spaces.

How bright is it?
600 lumens from the included 6W LED bulb — about as bright as a 40W incandescent, ideal for task or accent lighting over a small area. Not intended as a primary room light for larger spaces.
Light color and feel
2700K warm white — a soft, golden tone similar to traditional incandescent bulbs, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. CRI 82 provides decent color rendering for most indoor settings.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped. To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
