A 1-light mini pendant from the Berkshire Glass collection, finished in antique brass with a clear glass shade, ideal for kitchen islands and dining areas.
The Berkshire mini pendant combines industrial style with transitional versatility. Its antique brass finish and clear glass shade showcase the included ST64 vintage LED bulb, creating a warm, inviting glow. The fixture is damp-rated, making it suitable for covered patios and bathrooms.

How bright is it?
600 lumens from the included 6W LED bulb — about as bright as a 40W incandescent, ideal for accent or task lighting over a counter or table, not as a primary room light.
Light color and feel
2700K warm white — a soft, golden tone similar to traditional incandescent bulbs. Flatters skin tones and warm wood or brass interiors. CRI 82 provides good color rendering for most spaces.
Sizing and fit
The mini pendant measures 8 in wide and 9.5 in tall, with a shade diameter of 8 in. Adjustable hanging height ranges from 18.5 to 42.5 in, with 10 ft of wire. Canopy is 4.75 in diameter. Works well on sloped ceilings.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped. To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
