A 48-inch, 4-light island light in brushed brass with metal shades, built for kitchen islands and dining rooms in damp-rated spaces.
The Berkshire collection from Innovations Lighting brings a sturdy industrial-farmhouse look to your kitchen or dining area. This 4-light island features a brushed brass finish on steel and cast brass construction, with matching brushed brass metal cone shades. The fixture is damp-rated for covered outdoor areas and sloped-ceiling adaptable, with 10 feet of wire for flexible installation.

How bright is it?
Brightness depends on the bulbs you choose. The fixture accepts four medium-base (E26) bulbs, each up to 60W incandescent equivalent (or LED/CFL equivalent). With four 60W-equivalent LED bulbs, you can expect around 3200-4000 lumens total - enough to illuminate a kitchen island or dining table as a primary light source. Bulbs are not included.
Light color and feel
The brushed brass finish and metal shades create a warm, reflective glow. For a vintage feel, use ST64-shaped bulbs (recommended) in warm white 2700K-3000K. The metal shades direct light downward, making this ideal for task lighting over counters or tables.
Sizing and fit
The fixture is 48 inches wide, 10.5 inches tall, with an adjustable height range of 19.5 to 43.5 inches (including stem). The canopy is 6 x 4.5 x 0.75 inches. It weighs 9.95 lbs and requires a ceiling support box rated for at least 10 lbs. Sloped ceilings up to 45 degrees are compatible.

Is the bulb included? No, bulbs are not included. The fixture requires four medium-base (E26) bulbs, recommended ST64 shape.
Is it dimmable, and what dimmer should I use? Dimmability depends on the bulbs used. If you install dimmable LED or incandescent bulbs, use a standard incandescent/LED dimmer. The fixture itself does not include a dimmer.
Can I install this in a bathroom or outdoors? This fixture is UL and ETL listed for damp locations, so it can be used in covered outdoor areas or bathrooms with ventilation. It is not rated for wet locations (direct rain or snow).

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
