The Berkshire collection from Innovations Lighting brings a sturdy, contemporary look to your home with heavy cast components and a sleek design. This island light features a polished nickel finish on steel and cast brass construction, complemented by polished nickel metal cone shades. The fixture is sloped ceiling adaptable and comes with 10 feet of wire for flexible installation. With a damp location rating, it is suitable for covered outdoor areas as well.

How bright is it?
Brightness depends on the bulbs you choose. The fixture accommodates three medium-base (E26) bulbs, such as ST64 vintage-style bulbs. Using three 60W incandescent-equivalent LED bulbs (about 800 lumens each) would yield approximately 2400 lumens total - bright enough for task lighting over a kitchen island or dining table. Bulbs are not included.
Light color and feel
The light color is determined by your bulb choice. For a warm, inviting glow, choose 2700K-3000K LED bulbs. The metal cone shades direct light downward, creating focused task lighting with some ambient spill. The fixture is not dimmer-compatible unless dimmable bulbs and a compatible dimmer are used.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
