Description
A 36-inch, 3-light island pendant from the Berkshire collection, finished in satin gold with seedy glass shades, designed for kitchen islands and dining areas.
The Berkshire collection combines industrial styling with a modern transitional feel. This island light features heavy cast brass components and a satin gold finish, paired with seedy glass cone shades that diffuse light beautifully. The fixture is damp-rated, making it suitable for covered outdoor areas as well.

How bright is it?
This fixture holds three medium-base bulbs (not included). With three 60W equivalent LED bulbs, you can expect around 2400 lumens total—bright enough to illuminate a kitchen island or dining table as the primary light source. For a softer ambient glow, use lower-wattage or dimmable bulbs.
Light color and feel
The seedy glass shades create a warm, textured glow. Use 2700K-3000K bulbs for a cozy, incandescent-like ambiance that complements the satin gold finish. The fixture is compatible with standard dimmers when dimmable bulbs are used.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
