Description
A 28-inch, 3-light bath vanity light in polished chrome with metal cone shades, designed for damp-rated bathroom installations and suited for traditional to industrial interiors.
The Berkshire collection combines heavy cast brass components with a sleek polished chrome finish, offering a sturdy, contemporary look that fits seamlessly into most décor styles. The metal cone shades direct light downward and outward, while the included vintage-style LED bulbs add a warm, nostalgic glow.

How bright is it?
Each included 6W LED bulb produces 600 lumens, for a total of 1800 lumens across three bulbs – comparable to three 40W incandescent bulbs. This is ideal for ambient and accent lighting over a vanity, but may not be sufficient as the sole light source in a large bathroom.
Light color and feel
2700K warm white – a soft, golden tone similar to traditional incandescent lighting. The ST64 vintage-shaped bulbs add a decorative element. With a CRI of 82, color rendering is adequate for most bathroom tasks. The fixture is dimmable when used with compatible dimmers and dimmable bulbs.
Sizing and fit
Overall dimensions: 28 inches wide x 11 inches high, with an 8.12-inch extension from the wall. The backplate is 6 inches wide x 4.5 inches high. Mounting center to top is 2.25 inches. Best suited for vanities 36 inches or wider and ceilings at least 7 feet high.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped. To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
